A solid entry, stronger than its predecessor, with great action, character development and pacing. Han meets Chewbacca, Lando, Jabba the Hutt and Darth Vader for the first time here. And he falls in love with the Millennium Falcon. A great bit of backstory here that builds on the previous novel and sets up the final in this series which leads right to Star Wars: A New Hope.
